It runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, keeps selling offline when the internet drops, and has a Windows desktop app and an on-premise desktop edition. Prices are in Taka (BDT) and exclude VAT.

- Pharmacy staff connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client with their own sign-in, when the pharmacy's plan includes it and the owner allows their role. Tools answer questions about the pharmacy's own data (stock, expiry, sales, profit, dues, purchases, prescriptions, online orders) and only show what that person's role may see.
