How do I pay?

What does the free trial include?

Is there a setup fee?
No. We set up your pharmacy and train your staff for free. You only pay for the plan you choose. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us to move to another plan at any time.
What happens if I don't renew?
The app locks until you renew, but your data is kept. Offline sales stay on the computer and sync after renewal.
What is the difference between a subscription and the one-time licence?
A subscription runs online and includes updates and support. The one-time licence is the desktop edition: you pay once and it keeps working, but support and updates are not included unless you add a yearly support plan.
